With over 4 million in the Refer.com network, the need to segment and study customer personas for digital marketing and sales strategy was Step #1. SMHeuristics did an in-depth persona study and began running tests for engagements. In tandem, SMHeuristics also built tools in HubSpot to organize and create a long-term path to automation. Efforts included project planning, daily huddles, and outbound sales calls to interested members to gather feedback.
